Why registration is required
The installer link is personal: it is tied to your account, so the device you install the app on appears in your dashboard right away. That is why a plain file download without signing in is not possible.

Installation in three steps
- 1Download the file onto the phone you are going to monitor. The app installs on that phone — remote installation is not possible.
- 2Allow installation from this source when Android asks. The file comes from our server, the system warning is routine.
- 3Sign in with the same login and password you use for the dashboard. The device shows up within a couple of minutes.
Right after installation
Grant the requested permissions and turn off battery saving for the app; on Xiaomi, Samsung and Huawei also allow autostart. Otherwise Android stops the app in the background and data stops arriving. This is the most common reason a connected device stays silent.
