Public Offer

General provisions

This document is a public offer - a proposal to conclude an agreement on the use of the Reptilicus service. Registration in the service and its use mean full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the service.

Subject of the agreement

Reptilicus provides the user with access to a platform for corporate monitoring and control of work devices on a subscription basis. The service is of an informational nature: providing the account owner with access to the data of their own or work devices in the personal cabinet.

Purpose and use restrictions

The service is intended for controlling devices owned by the user or organization, or used by an employee with their consent. It is prohibited to use the service to control devices without a lawful basis and without the consent of their owner. The user independently ensures the lawfulness of installing and using the service in their jurisdiction, including notifying the employee where the law requires it.

Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the service: to control devices without a lawful basis or without the owner's consent; against persons who are not the user's employees or the owners of the controlled devices; for purposes that violate the rights of third parties or the law; for the unlawful interception of information. A violation entails immediate restriction of access without a refund.

Rights and obligations of the parties

Reptilicus undertakes to provide access to the service and to safeguard data within its technical capabilities. The user undertakes to: use the service for its intended purpose and within the law; not transfer cabinet access to third parties; pay for the subscription on time; provide accurate data.

Intellectual property

All rights to the software, website, design, trademarks and other materials of Reptilicus belong to the provider. The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service within the subscription. Copying, modification, decompilation, reverse engineering and distribution of the software without written permission are prohibited.

Price and payment

Access is provided on a paid basis at the rates indicated in the personal cabinet. The subscription fee is charged for the provision of information services (access to the owner's personal information, viewing one's own data). By placing an order you confirm your agreement with the rate and payment terms.

Refunds

A full refund is possible within 3 days from the date of purchase if the reason does not contradict these terms. After this period a refund is not possible. A refund is granted once; repeat purchases and purchases at a reduced price are non-refundable.

A refund is not provided for reasons beyond our control: the controlled device does not connect to the internet, a change of carrier, an operating system update, a factory reset, the user's lack of lawful access to the device, refusal of support assistance, and also for personal reasons (changed my mind, no longer needed, bought by mistake).

Refund requests are sent to support@reptilicus.net. A decision is made within 1-2 business days. Up to 14 days are allotted to resolve disputed requests; if the required information is not provided within this period, the request is cancelled.

Liability

The service is provided on an as-is basis, without a guarantee of suitability for the user's specific purposes. Reptilicus bears no responsibility for any damage, claims or legal consequences arising from using the service outside its intended purpose, without the device owner's consent, or in violation of the law. All such responsibility rests with the user. By accepting the Offer, the user releases Reptilicus from liability for actions related to the use of the product and agrees that they are not entitled to any compensation for claims brought against them in connection with such use.

Suspension

Reptilicus may fully or partially restrict a user's access without prior notice, including where internal filters and algorithms have detected use of the service outside its intended purpose. We are not obliged to disclose the specific circumstances of such a decision.

Governing law and dispute resolution

The relations of the parties are governed by the law of the location of the service provider. The parties seek to resolve disputes through negotiation; failing agreement, a dispute is resolved in the manner provided by the applicable law.

Term and changes

The Offer is valid indefinitely until revoked. Reptilicus may change the terms of the Offer and the Privacy Policy at any time; the current version is posted on the site. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes.
